MCA vide notification dated 29th March 2019 amended Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Wherein MCA introduces new e-Form AGILE (INC-35), it contains an application for registration of the following numbers:
(i) Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) w.e.f. 31st March, 2019
(ii) Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) w.e.f. 8th April, 2019
(ii) Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) w.e.f. 15th April, 2019
The e-Form AGILE is to be filed along with SPICe form i.e. application for Incorporation of Company.
Earlier only facility for applying registration for PAN (Permanent Account Number) and TAN (Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number) was provided along with Incorporation form.
