MCA Amendments

Ministry of Corporate affairs has made following amendments with effect from 1^st June, 2016:

1. National Company Law Tribunal (herein after referred as NCLT) has been constituted
2. NCLT shall have 11 (Eleven) Benches and the Ministry has also prescribed location & Jurisdiction
3. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has also been constituted for hearing appeals against the orders of the NCLT.
4. 29 sections of CA, 2013 relating to NCLT have been notified
5. With the constitution of the NCLT, the Company Law Board constituted under the Companies Act, 1956 stands dissolved.
6. Rules to convert Firm/ LLP are notified thereby amending the Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules,2016
