Annual reporting Due dates for Companies having accepted Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and/or made Overseas Direct Investment (ODI)

1.         Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA)

All Indian Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) which have received FDI and/or made ODI abroad in the previous year(s) including the current year are required to submit Annual Return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets in the prescribed Excel sheet format and submit it online on or before 15 July 2016.

2.         Annual Performance Report (APR)

All the Companies and individuals who has set up / acquired a Joint Venture (JV) or Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) overseas are suppose to file “Annual Performance Report (APR)" with RBI via Authorised Dealer on or before 30 June 2016.
