Transfer of shares to
IEPF Account
Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide General Circular No.05/2017
have withdrawn the General Circular No. 03/2017 dated 27/04/2017 with immediate
effect. The subject matter of the circular is being reviewed by the Ministry and
fresh instructions on the matter will be issued in due course of time with the
Approval of the Competent Authority.
